Support Request: Multiple alerts reporting

Kiosk indicated this message starting about a week ago. "Message log overflow
The SiteKiosk Online (USA) server received an unusual number of log entries within a short period of time. This resulted in an activation of the internal throughput limit. To conserve server resources, no more log messages will be received and recorded until the generated log volume is reduced significantly." I applied the autofix and it seemed to work and displayed green in the monitoring status for about a week until I received the message on 9/29. Also, the device is reporting an additional message in the attachment concerning the sensors and temperature. Is this a false positive? I am inquiring about it because in parenthesis on the alert in sitekiosk online it stated "resolved by the server."

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please send us a copy of your logs to support-america(at)sitekiosk.com after exporting from the portal at Monitoring>>Device>>Logfiles>>Calendar>>Export (scroll down). Generally, in this case, something is happening on the device sending more than usual amount of log data. This message is to alert you of that backend issue on the device.

You can try sending this advanced hotfix again as the issue is related to user profile access. In the SiteKiosk Online portal, go to Monitoring>>Device>>Administration>>Jobs>>Advanced Hotfix... and check that the device reboots. Log overflow will take some time to clear but give it a few hours to days or just delete any pending logs to clear the backlog.
