Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. New client version 1.7.163 now includes support for auto logon domain users who are AzureAD (not hybrid joined). Would that case apply to you? In the Quick Start>>Auto Start>>Settings, you would select "Auto start with shell replacement for all users", then hit the gear or cog icon for "Log on automatically at system startup", then specify your "Custom user" for auto logon. Did you perform these actions, and you received this message here?

Or are you using the local SiteKiosk user for auto start and suddenly start seeing this message after reboot?

Bes regards,
Andre.

Thanks for the follow up.

I have tried it both ways. This is a new install. Even using a domain admin account it will not auto-login.

Hello,

It usually is a case you will see this behavior if there are polices preventing auto logon from happening as a security measure. You will need to adjust your domain settings if you are using a unique one for the kiosk device. We usually recommend that you adjust your system (or domain) in this manner:
---
- Turn off Sleep and Power Management settings. (Set to Never for any device component time out.)
- Turn off Screensaver and any Idle timeout settings (in Windows).
- Turn off Hibernate.
- Turn off any other timed power events like daily reboots.
- Allow auto logon and shell replacement to happen:

- Check also any security applications and add an exception for the SiteKiosk Online program directory in "C:\Program Files\SiteKiosk Online"
---
Instead, use the power management features available in your SiteKiosk Online project, Settings>>Client>>System>>Scheduled Tasks: https://us.sitekiosk.online/help/en/System.html

Best regards,
Andre.
